The list includes plastic artist Valentina Rusu-Ciobanu, children's book author Spiridon Vangheli, actor Mihai Volontir, composer Eugen Doga, poet Dumitru Matcovschi, actor Mihai Curagau, comedian and poet Gheorghe Urschi, essayist Argentina Cupcea-Josu and others Presenting the list to the Cabinet, Prime Minister Vlad Filat encouraged the ministers to propose names to supplement it. Vlad Filat instructed the Ministry of Finance to offer the money awards before New Year.
