The limited liability company Info Bon, which ensures the calculation and monthly invoicing of heat supply services, as well as for other types of public utilities, is to be reorganized. Namely, it will be absorbed by JSC Termoelectrica, IPN reports.

According to a draft decision that is to be approved by the Cabinet, the revenues gained from the provision of services and the execution of works are not sufficient to cover the expenses related to the entity’s basic activities. The reorganization is to be carried out by the Public Property Agency, as the sole shareholder of Termoelectrica.

Under the draft decision, the company’s staff will be transferred to the absorbing company, if possible. The dismissal of staff in connection with the reorganization of Info Bon, in case of impossibility of transfer, will be carried out in accordance with the labor legislation.

JSC Termoelectrica founded LLC Info Bon in February 2017, with a 100% holding in its share capital.
