Judges of former specialized courts will not remain without work
The 25 judges of the specialized courts that were liquidated will work at courts of appeals and common law courts. The Government approved relevant amendments to the Law on Judicial Organization on January 25, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The changes were made at the suggestion of the Supreme Council of Magistrates.
The bill with amendments forms part of the package of laws defined in the justice sector reform strategy. Under the bill, the powers of the liquidated specialized courts and the judges working for them will be transferred to the common law courts.
