The works to lay out the park and beach in Valea Morilor Park are to be completed by the middle of April, the head of the Chisinau Constructions Division Roman Sofroni said in the March 21 meeting of City Hall officials, Info-Prim Neo reports. Roman Sofroni said the works launched in 2010 are carried out according to plan. The cleanup services will be also involved in the works until the middle of April. The strategy for building up the recreational area Valea Morilor was approved by the Chisinau Municipal Council on March 23, 2010. It was worked out by the Institute “ChisinauProiect”. The cost of the works is assessed at 81 million lei. The works to clean the lake in Valea Morilor Park started in October 2006. About 20 million lei allocated from the local budget was used last year for the purpose.
