A man and a woman from Ceadâr Lunga, both aged 69, died in a road accident that occurred between the villages Congaz and Svetlyi of Comrat district at about 10am this morning, IPN reports.
General Police Inspectorate press officer Mariana Bețivu said the driver lost control of the car at a turn. The vehicle left the road and overturned on a field, hitting later a tree.
Another occupant of the car, a 23-year-old woman, was rushed to the Comrat District Hospital with a concussion and a head injury.
