An unidentified man was killed after he was hit by a minibus near Ratus village on the Chisinau-Balti route. Tudor Capatana, spokesman for the General Police Commissariat, has told Info-Prim Neo that the accident happened on Monday evening, at about 23.00. A Ford-Tranzit minibus driven by a 29-year-old man struck a bicyclist in his 30s. The man died at the place of the accident. An investigation is under way. On Monday morning, a 1448 taxicab struck a 13-year-old boy on Ion Inculet St in Chisinau. The boy suffered multiple injuries. The five road accidents that happened in Moldova on Monday, November 16, resulted in one death and four persons injured. As many as 133 traffic accidents have occurred this month. Twenty persons lost their lives and 140 were injured in them.
