The markets in Chisinau and Bălți resume work on June 1. The public eating places reopen on June 15, as the National Extraordinary Commission for Public Health decided on May 25 IPN reports.
Under the Commission’s decision, before resuming work, the work and cold-storage equipment and the product storage and selling places will be disinfected.
The flow of buyers at the markets will be organized, with separate entrances and exits. The buyers will be warned about the necessity of maintaining physical distancing. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed in visible and accessible places.
At the start of the workday, the employees will have their state of health checked, including by being taken the body temperature. The persons in a febrile state will be banned access.
The public eating places will take measures to prevent crowdedness and to maintain a physical distance of 1.5-2 meters between persons. At most four persons could be served at a table, except for groups consisting of first- and second-degree relatives.
A public health emergency was declared in Moldova for the period between May 16 and June 30.
