A man aged 44 working as a driver on a minibus route in Chisinau is investigated for distributing child pornography over the Internet, IPN reports.

According to the General Police Inspectorate, it was established that the man downloaded, stored and distributed pictures and videos with pornography involving children aged between 4 and 11.

At the suspect’s home, the police found an information system, a memory stick and several optical discs that contained child pornography.

The man faces 1 to 3 years in jail.
