Minibus involved in accident in Danceni returned from funeral
[Update] Eleven persons hurt in the accident in Danceni were admitted to the Emergency Hospital. Most of them suffered head injuries, the spokesman for the National Emergency Medicine Center has told Info-Prim Neo. Four of those injured are in the reanimatology section, while the others are examined by doctors.
[Update] The minibus was returning from a funeral held in Ialoveni. Eyewitnesses said six persons were killed. A young man who was in the minibus said there were 16 children musicians, the conductor and three women from the village in the bus. According to him, the truck with a water tank with which the bus collided was coming at high speed. He was sitting on a back seat and had to break the window in order to get out. When he was out, he helped colleagues of his to get out too. Four of his colleagues, one of woman aged 12, and two women died on the spot.
[Update] Two of the injured passengers were rushed to the National Clinical Hospital with head injuries. From there, they were taken to the Neurology Institute. According to doctors of the admission section, both of them are conscious and are examined by doctors.
At least four persons died and several were injured in a road accident involving a minibus running on route that happened in Danceni, Ialoveni on the afternoon of June 1. The information was confirmed by the head of the Traffic Police Division Sergiu Armasu, who is at the place of the accident, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Earlier this week, a minibus collided with a car and overturned in Chisinau. Sixteen persons were hurt, three of whom seriously. A woman suffered pelvic fractures, another one got her arms broken, while the driver of the minibus is still in a critical condition.
