Four persons needed medical care in the morning of January 18 after the minibus by which they traveled left the road and ended up in a ditch.

The minibus running on the Chisinau-Izbiste road was driven by a 46-year-old man. According to the National Patrolling Inspectorate, the driver didn’t take into account the weather conditions and lost control of the vehicle, IPN reports.

The National Patrolling Inspectorate recommends the drivers to avoid travelling if the vehicles are not equipped with winter tires and not to forget to put antiskid chains, a shovel and a sack of sand in the car, to check the heating installation, brake and level of the antifreeze and to take a pocket lantern, a thermos with tea with them and have the mobile phone’s battery charged if they decide to begin a journey in unfavorable weather conditions.
