Ministry of Finance submits proposals for de-bureaucratizing business

The Ministry of Finance proposed two bills to amend Government decisions concerning accounting at public institutions and private enterprises with the aim of reducing the administrative burden on the business community following complaints about excessive bureaucratization in the relations with fiscal authorities made by business associations, IPN reports.

In a public debate on the bills, Minister of Finance Octavian Armasu said the revision and updating of the mentioned decisions derive from the necessity of simplifying the bureaucratic part of the working process as it was established that the entities have to cope with a heavy workload in the process of recording economic transactions. The changes will significantly improve the mechanism for regulating and using special regime documents by the business community and will reduce the administrative barriers in the work of companies.

To further satisfy the needs of the real sector of the economy, the Ministry of Finance encourages the business associations to submit proposals for improving the presented bills.
