The applicants are Alexandru Grosu, Ghenadie Vasilache, Vitalie Cojocari, Nicu Scorpan, Dumitru Mamaliga, Efim Josanu, Vasile Grozavu, Angela Arama, Ghenadie Brega, Violeta Epureanu, Ana Bradu and Aurelia Peru-Balan. The director will be elected by Board members with a majority of votes after hearing all the candidates. The position has been vacated by Angela Sirbu in March 2012. Last time, the director was elected in February 2010. Angela Sirbu was appointed with 6 votes and was selected out of 12 candidates.
