An increasing number of people who are not satisfied with the results of driving tests decide to challenge them online. During only one month since the implementation of the online appeal mechanism, 111 such applications were submitted. The Public Services Agency said that earlier the number of challenges was much lower. Last year, a total of 290 appeals were filed, IPN reports.
According to the Agency, at present, the process of appealing the results of driving tests is easy and accessible to any interested person. Citizens who do not agree with the results of the theoretical/practical driving tests can submit the appeal online, through the website of the Public Services Agency, without needing to go to examination centers as earlier.
Also, at the bottom of each exam slip, there is a QR code through which an application can also be submitted. This barcode can also be found on personalized stickers placed in examination rooms, on boards providing information about driving testing and on driving testing vehicles.
Appeals can be filed within three working days of the examination day.
