The driver of a motorcycle lost his life in a traffic accident in Budjac village of Comrat district. According to the preliminary enquiries, the accident was caused by the motorcycle driver as he did not give way to a car, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Traffic Police Division. The two vehicles collided in the afternoon of October 24. The driver of the car suffered no injuries. The mayor of Budjac Nicolai Dudoglo has told Info-Prim Neo that the man killed in the accident was 56 years old and was an inhabitant of the village. He was married and had two daughters. He worked at a factory and, according to the mayor, was a hardworking man and did not use to drink alcohol. Sixteen persons were hurt in another ten accidents that happened on the national roads the same day.
