National futsal squad fail to score decisive victory

The national futsal team of Moldova scored a tie in the first 2014 European Championship qualifiers. In the mini-tournament in Malta on January 24, they drew 5-5 with Georgia, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Georgians opened the score through Sebiskveradze, but Moldova tied soon as a result of a self-goal by Bobokhidze. However, three seconds before the end of the first half, the same player scored a goal for Georgia. The next goals for Moldova were scored by Andrian Lascu, Sergiu Tacot, Andrei Vicolas, and Alexei Muntean. Georgia scored two goals in the last five minutes of the game again through David Bobokhidze. Now the national squad of Moldova rank second in group B, after Georgia, which earlier demolished Malta 9-0. In the last match of the group on January 26, Moldova will meet Malta and need a victory to surpass Georgia and qualify for the next stage.
