New broadcast schedule of “Moldova 1” was designed in accordance with international experience

The national public broadcaster Teleradio-Moldova says that when designing the new broadcast schedule of the TV channel “Moldova 1”, it took into account the experience of such famous channels as BBC, RAI 1, and CBS that have many news bulletins in their schedules, Info-Prim Neo reports. In a communiqué, Teleradio-Moldova says the new broadcast schedule is designed to improve the quality of the provided services, increase the audience and the competitiveness of the news programs transmitted on the public TV channel. From October 10, the news programs in Romanian are broadcast at 06.00, 07.00, 08.00, 13.00, 21.00, 00.00 and 04.00, while the program “Mesagerul” in Romanian is aired at 19.00. The news bulletins in Russian are transmitted at 09.00, 17.00, 23.00 and 02.00. The daily length of the news programs in Romanian, from Monday till Friday, is 85 minutes, while of those in Russian – 40 minutes. On Saturday and Sunday, the newscasts in Romanian will last for 55 minutes a day, while those in Russian – for 30 minutes. News programs will be rerun daily for 20 minutes in Romanian and for 15 minutes in Russian.
