The Integrity Council of the National Integrity Authority has announced a new contest to fill the post of president of the NIA. The decision was published in the October 13 issue of the Official Gazette. Applications can be submitted from October 16 until November 6 to the NIA’s head office located at 1 Alecu Russo St, fourth floor, office 407, IPN reports.
The contest is open to persons who have Moldovan nationality, have higher education in law, economy, public administration or management. Seniority of at least seven years is required in the aforementioned areas. Also, the candidates shouldn’t have been members of a political party during the past two years.
The applicants should know the official language, shouldn’t have served as operational officers or agents under cover with intelligence services or as informers of these services until 1991.
The file should contain the application form, a copy of the identity card and of the university diploma, the Curriculum Vitae, a copy of the employment record book, the criminal records, the health certificate and an own responsibility statement about the candidate’s reputation and political non-affiliation.
The contest will be rerun after candidates Teo Carnat and Victor Stratila passed the written test and the interview, but failed the polygraph test.
