The functionaries will be able to carry out teaching activity simultaneously with other jobs if they have the written consent of the administration of the public authority, but for not more than 6 hours a week. If the consent is not given, they could do this work only outside the work program. This is stipulated by a new annex to the law on the public post and the status of public servant that was published in the last number of the Official Gazette, Info-Prim Neo reports. The public servants can do teaching in high schools, vocational schools, universities, post-university education establishments and refresher and requalification institutions. When signing an individual work contract for the second or third job, the consent of the administration of the public authority is not required. The functionary can hold more than one post at commercial organizations, cooperatives, state or municipal companies as well as noncommercial organizations and public or private companies whose activity is not regulated by the public authority where the functionary works. The new rules also say that the public servant can be simultaneously member of at most four administration boards of state-owned companies and at most one board of joint stock company.
