The nomenclature of professional formation areas and specialties for training staff in higher education establishments was supplemented with a new specialty – Food Safety. The new specialty was included in the professional formation area Agricultural Sciences, IPN reports, quoting a Government decision.
The objective is to train specialists in food safety. Those who will complete the training course and will obtain a diploma in agricultural sciences will be able to hold posts to monitor the circulation of food products and make sure that they meet the European quality standards ISO.
