The water pipeline situated on Valea Trandafirilor St in Chisinau was rehabilitated. According to the director general of “Apă Canal-Chisinau” Valeriu Meșca, a new cast iron pipe that is 400 mm in diameter and about 500 meters in length was laid there. The works lasted for about a month and were completed according to plan, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the water supplier.
The pipes on Valea Trandafirilor St were built in 1982 and are worn-out. The new pipeline will ensure high-quality services for consumers in the perimeter of the streets Sarmizegetusa and Grădina Botanica and Cetatea Albă and Decebal.
According to “Apă Canal-Chisinau”, even if the repair works caused inconvenience to the consumers in the area, owing to them the water leakages will be maximally reduced and the water supply services will be of the best quality.
The works are coordinated with the municipality and the damaged street will be asphalted in the nearest future.
