Moldovans will pay 150 lei for notarial succession services, as an amendment and the accompanying presidential decree to that effect was published today in the Official Gazette.
The fee will be paid for every inherited property upon requesting a successor certificate for any real property except for agricultural land.
Before this, the amount charged for a certificate was a percentage of the aggregate value of the inherited propety, averaging at 300 lei.
