Ocnita woman wins top prize at contest aimed at stimulating taxpayers
As many as 6,514 envelopes with sales slips have taken part in the third contest to stimulate the taxpayers held by the State Main Tax Inspectorate. 8,186 envelopes were sent for the second contest. About 300 envelopes were declared invalid, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The taxpayers forget to write “for the contest” on the envelope, send sales slips collected before August 15, 2008, when the contest was officially launched, and write the address incorrectly, the head of the State Main Tax Inspectorate Victor Coada explained.
The first prize of 25,000 lei was awarded to Victoria Juraveli from Lipnic village of Ocnita district.
Leonid Morari from Chisinau and Mihaela Dragosciuc from Balti won by 15,000 lei each.
Olga Cebotaru, Valentina Belic, Irina Fadeeva, Rodica Mutaf, all from Chisinau, and Mihail Calcavura from Tiraspol were offered by 5,000 lei each.
The winners of the 10 prizes of 1,000 lei each and of the 20 prizes of 500 lei each - 38 awardees overall – were also decided by draw. The prizes offered totaled 100,000 lei.
The contest is open to the taxpayers that have the place of residence or legal address in Moldova and accumulated at least 50 sales slips worth minimum 1,000 lei for the goods purchased or services provided, starting with August 15, 2008.
