A bus with passengers running on the Chisinau – Gratiesti route overturned into a ditch in the afternoon of March 5. According to preliminary investigations, eight passengers were hurt, four of whom seriously. Antonina Talpa, press officer of the Traffic Police Division, has told Info-Prim Neo that the accident happened at about 3pm near the intersection of the streets Doina and Soseaua Balcani in Chisinau. The bus was heading for Gratiesti. At a certain moment, the bus skidded and ended in a ditch. There were about 40 persons in the bus. Eight of them were rushed to the hospital.
