Four passengers were rushed to the hospital after the minibus in which they were traveling was involved in a traffic accident in Chetrosu village of Anenii Noi district in the evening of November 23. Traffic Police inspector Sergiu Placinta has told Info-Prim Neo that the minibus running on the Merenii Noi – Chisinau route was hit head-on by a car with a British license number when it was heading for the capital city. The car was moving on the opposite lane. As a result of the collision, two minibus passengers and the passenger sitting on the front seat of the car were admitted to the hospital with different injuries. Eyewitnesses said the car was speeding. Both of the drivers and the passengers are from Anenii Noi district. An investigation is under way.
