The police in Calarasi arrested three men aged between 19 and 23 on suspicion that they committed a series of rapes and kidnapped two persons. According to the Ministry of the Interior, the crimes were committed in Calarasi district during one night, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the police, the suspects entered a house in a village in Calarasi by breaking the lock. They beat the partner and brother of the woman that owned the house and raped her. Afterward, they went to another house and ill-treated several persons there. They kidnapped the underage niece of the owner of the house and another girl that was on visit there. They took them to the place of one of the suspects and raped the girls aged 17 and 25. Afterward, they let them go. The suspects admitted their guilt, saying they were drunk that night. They were put under arrest for 72 hours and face up to 12 years behind bars.
