Polish agriculture minister on visit to Moldova
The Polish Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Marek Sawicki is paying a three-day visit to Moldova. Polish Ambassador in Chisinau Bogumil Luft has told Info-Prim Neo that the minister will make a number of trips, including to the Cupcini Sugar Factory that was bought by a Polish state-run company.
Bogumil Luft also said that the Government of Poland wants to develop the relations with Moldova, especially in agriculture.
Today, May 3, Marek Sawicki will take part in a reception held on the occasion of the National Day of Poland. Tomorrow he will go on trips, while on Saturday will attend the opening of a children’s football tournament organized by the Embassies of Poland and Ukraine in Chisinau, in connection with the EURO 2012 Football Championship held in the two countries.
