All the economic entities must be treated equally, Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici said in a meeting with employees of the State Tax Service. He encouraged them to submit initiatives that would contribute to achieving the objectives set for the future, IPN reports, quoting the Government’s press service.
“I come from the business sector. When I was involved in business, I always wanted to see a partner in the State Tax Service, not only an inspection body. The independence of the State Tax Service is a very important factor. All the economic entities must be treated equally. They all have the same rights and obligations,” stated the Premier.
The head of the State Main Tax Inspectorate Ion Prisacaru said the national public budget revenues in 2014 came to 23.410,6 billion lei, which is 107% of the projections and by 17% more than the previous year. “The revenues plan in the first months of this year was 109% satisfied, a 15% increase on a year before,” he stated, noting that the Inspectorate this year intends to promote the use of electronic services and fiscal civism.
In the event, there were awarded two diplomas “Taxpayer with a high level of credibility” and two diplomas for the “Best professional accountants”.
