The average selling prices of agricultural products at agriculture companies in the first nine months of this year rose by 13% compared with the corresponding period last year, IPN has learned from the National Bureau of Statistics.
The producer prices of vegetal products rose by 24%, of fruit and berries – by 73%, of sunflower (high quality seeds) – by 40%, of grapes – by 39%, of rape – by 38%, of wheat (high quality seeds) – by 22%, of corn (high quality seeds) – by 11%. The selling prices of vegetables decreased by 10%, of pumpkins – by 8%.
The producer prices of animal products fell by 10% on average. The prices of living cattle and fowl declined by 12%. But the selling prices of living sheep and goats grew by 34.0%, of eggs – by 5%, while of milk – by 3%.
The data cover the agricultural companies and farmsteads owning farmland with an area of 50 ha and over.
