The Straseni prosecutors asked the court to give life to a 50-year-old man who cruelly killed his partner aged 49, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Prosecutor General's Office. The incident happened in October 2009. The man, who was under the influence of alcohol, and his partner went to the forest. There, the woman told the man that he had been pregnant and had an abortion. Infuriated, the man stabbed her five times. The woman died as a result of her injuries. The man left the body in the forest and ran away. He was caught shortly afterward. He had earlier served time in prison and was released in 2008.
