The public functionaries will get a monthly salary bonus for the intensity and complexity of the done work, IPN reports, quoting a Government decision.

The criteria that will be taken into account when setting the salary bonus are: knowledge and experience, creativity and responsibility in fulfilling one’s duties.

The salary bonus will be different for each public servant so as to stimulate the achieving of optimal results, but will not exceed 30% of the salary.
