The movement on the secondary streets and access roads inside the quarters is more difficult. The strong winds downed 17 trees in Chisinau. As a result, a part of the electric power lines were damaged. The municipal service promise the supply of heat will be resumed in several hours. The City Hall urges the drivers to permanently adjust the speed to the conditions on the road. The elderly people are advised not to go out when there is ice on the roads so as to avoid accidents.
