The Bundestag of Germany offers Moldovan university graduates scholarships that enable to gain first-hand experience of Germany’s system of parliamentary government. The participants will work in a German Bundestag Member’s office during five months and will be able to attend a series of courses at the Berlin universities, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the Embassy of Germany.
The 2017 International Parliamentary Scholarship program of the German Bundestag will take place between March 1 and July 31, 2017. The selected young people will receive a monthly scholarship of €500 and will benefit from free accommodation.
The program is open to young people born after March 1, 1986 who are proficient in German. The applicants must submit the following documents in the German language: completed application form; letter of intent (two pages at most); diploma of studies (original or copy legalized and scanned, in German or English); two letters of recommendation in German or English; a photo for documents in electronic format; copy of the travel passport or of the ID number. They must have very good knowledge of German, corresponding to level B of the Common European Reference Framework for Languages.
