Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca made an ordinance to start the heating season in the capital city. The schools, kindergartens and hospitals will be the first to be connected to the heating system, Info-Prim Neo reports. The housing stock will start being supplied with heat in a centralized way later, when the average temperature will be plus 8 degrees Celsius during three consecutive days.
