Prosecution officers of the National Anticorruption Center and the Ministry of the Interior and prosecutors are carrying our searches at the Bender Documents Issuing Section, which is based in Varnita.

Viorel Morari, head of the Prosecution Division of the Ministry of the Interior, has told IPN that decision makers of the Bender Documents Issuing Section are suspected of abuse of power.

Searches are also performed at suspects’ homes. No arrests have been made yet.
