The director of the Security and Information Service (SIS) Mihai Balan made a request to President Nicolae Timofti, asking discharging two vice directors of the SIS, Valentin Dediu and Valeriu Furdui, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué of the institution.
The SIS director has three deputies that are named to post by the head of state, at the suggestion of the Service’s head.
