The Border Guard Service has announced that the number of control border posts from March 27 until April 18 will be increased with the consent of other border authorities, Info-Prim Neo reports. Usually, the number of persons and units of transport that cross the border during the Easter holidays is increasing. Last year, the traffic was about 1.2 million people, up 10% compared with the same period a year before, the Border Guard Service says in a communique. The Border Guard Service runs a hotline, 259-675 and a green line, 259-717, which was opened in January. The people can use them to express their opinions and make requests as regards the border crossing regime from Monday through Friday, between 8.00 and 17.00.
