The Franzeluta baking company board met on Friday, August 5, but postponed the talks about the announcement of the contest for director’s position until next week, Info-Prim Neo reports. Chairman Stefan Chitoroaga told Info-Prim Neo that the board was supposed to announce the contest today. However, the board members’ opinions were split. Some think the contest should be announced by the next board, which will be elected in September at the General Meeting of shareholders. The others support the shareholders’ view that Victor Cojocaru, the interim director, should get the permanent office. The next meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 12. Victor Cojocaru was appointed interim director of Franzeluta in July as a result of Eugen Baleca’s sacking.
