Tax Inspectorate apologizes for technical error that concerned Embassy of China

The Embassy of China does not have debts to the state budget of Moldova and is not a VAT payer, as any other embassy working in the country, the State Main Tax Inspectorate said, following a technical error by which the Embassy was put on the list of organizations with debts to the State Tax Service’s official website, Info-Prim Neo reports. In this connection, the State Tax Service offers its apologies and counts on the institution of a unitary framework of the partnership relations with the embassies working in Moldova, based on mutual support and confidence. Under the Tax Inspectorate’s order No.257 of April 11, 2011, the list of taxpayers with debts of over 50,000 lei to the state budget is published on the website of the State Tax Service.
