Training seminar on HIV/AIDS held in Moldova
The Republic of Moldova is hosting a regional workshop on HIV/AIDS between May 27 and 29. The seminar is aimed at strengthening the countries’ capacity to assess and forecast the HIV/AIDS trends in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the website of the Ministry of Health.
The participants in the workshop are familiarized with modern projection and assessment instruments. The event constitutes a special training stage for the specialists and experts that know the EPP/Workbook/Spectrum methods and are directly responsible for the monitoring and evaluation in the area.
The seminar is attended by representatives from Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Moldova and by facilitators from the Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS).
