Health care institutions in Moldova received 20 state-of-the-art anesthesia machines. The donation was offered by the WHO Country Office in Moldova, with the support of the governments of Germany and Ireland.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Health, the equipment offered is designed to provide precise and safe administration of anesthesia, adapting to the individual needs of the patient and ensuring a rigorous control of vital functions during surgery. They also help to effectively manage emergency situations and critically ill patients, reducing associated risks and improving treatment outcomes.

The total value of the donation is $484,000.
