Three awards to study at high school, ten scholarships for preuniversity training in the UK, six awards to study at the high school of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, three money awards and five prizes allowing doing advanced English language courses will be offered to the winners of the second national contest “EdUKation” organized by the British Excel Center and the Academy of Sciences, Info-Prim Neo reports. In a communique, the Academy of Sciences says that the ten winners that will study at one of the most prestigious universities of the British “Study Group” will receive by a scholarship of over 2,000 pounds. Another six young persons will be admitted to the Academic High School of the Academy of Sciences without contest, while six high school students will be given preference if they would want to study at the Academy's high school during the 2010-2011 academic year. Three students received by an award of 2,000 lei, while five got prizes allowing them to study English online during six months. A number of 120 ninth-twelfth graders from Moldova took part in the final stage of the national contest “EdUKation-2010”.
