Two protests mounted at Palace of Republic

Two groups of protesters met the lawmakers going to the Parliament sitting on March 28. The patentees complained that they are harassed by representatives of state institutions. Next to them, members and sympathizers of the Communist Party protested against the ‘mafiotization’ of the government, IPN reports.

The patent holders said the state institutions’ attitude is dismissive. They asked simplifying the fiscal procedures imposed on small entrepreneurs and creating stimulatory economic conditions for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Alongside, one of the sympathizers of the Communists said that they can no longer tolerate the corrupt and mafiotic government. Another protester said the Alliance for European Integration should yield up the power, adding the early legislative elections are the only solution to the crisis.

The members and sympathizers of the Communist Party protested at the Palace of the Republic for half an hour and then went to the Presidential Residence situated on Nicolae Iorga St.
