As of July 14, the Ukrainian universities start receiving the papers from Moldovan residents. The documents shall be submitted to the Moldova State University, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Education and Youth Ministry. The Ukrainian side offers 105 scholarships in its higher education institutions for the scholar year 2009-2009. 90 places are offered to Moldovan citizens of Ukrainian origin and 10 places – to other ethnicities. 5 scholarships are dedicated to doctor candidates. The exam to test the skills of the candidates in the Ukrainian language is scheduled for July 26 in the quarters of Moldova State University. It was developed by the Ukrainian side. In addition to the usual papers and photos, the candidates to the specialty “Maritime Navigation” and “Exploiting Air Transport” shall present a medical certificate.
