Vladimir Ceban was appointed as director of the state-run company Moldova’s Post Office by order of the Minister of Information and Communication Technology Alexandru Oleinic, Info-Prim Neo reports. Vladimir Ceban was born in Soroca town in 1962. He graduated from the Technical University of Moldova and the Academy of Humanistic Studies in Moscow. During the last four years, he worked as director of the Chamber of Trade and Industry’s branch in Soroca.
