Weather forecasters warn that ground frost is possible on April 23 at night and in the morning, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a warning issued by the State Hydrometeorology Service, the temperatures will drop to minus 2 degrees Celsius and there will be minus 4 degrees of frost on the ground in most parts of the country. The weather will remain usable until the middle of May.
