The carbonized body of a 70-year-old woman from Carpineni village of Hancesti district was found in her house destroyed by fire. The police suspect her partner of arson. Civil Protection and Emergencies Service press officer Liliana Puscasu has told Info-Prim Neo that the fire destroyed three rooms of the house. A team of the anti-fire experimental lab traveled to the scene for investigation. According to villagers, the woman had been married and had a son who lived separately. Her husband died and she lived with another man. Locals presume the man killed her and then set the house on fire. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, deputy commissioner of Hancesti district Denis Ursu confirmed that arson is one of the versions examined. He said they are waiting for the results of the medical-legal examination to see how the woman died. The woman’s partner has not been found yet.
