A 70-yar-old woman from Taraclia town died in a house fire that was most probably caused by the defective stove on April 16. Firefighters found the carbonized body and the scorched bedlinen, IPN reports.
The General Inspectorate for Emergencies warns against using defective heating sources. It recommends seeking help from specialists when the stoves or heating installations work improperly.
The 574 fires that happened in Moldova so far this year claimed 48 lives.
