A 32-year-old woman was sentenced to 11 years in prison for procuring and trafficking in children, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Prosecutor General’s Office. Prosecutors of the Human Trafficking Combating Division said that in 2010 the woman rented an apartment in Chisinau and hired a number of girls to provide sexual services for money. The services cost 600 lei per hour. 400 lei of this sum was taken by the procurer. The woman was also convicted of procuring an under-age girl.
