A 36-year-old woman from Glodeni district was sentenced to eight years in jail for swindle. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the culprit sold one house to two persons, leaving them in the end without money and without the house that was pledged with a bank, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the prosecutors in Balti, in March 2010 the woman promised she will sell a house to a person. She received an advance of €5,000 from that person and disappeared with the money. In several months, she sold the same dwelling to another person for €4,000. Thus, the buyers remained without money and without property. Moreover, they didn’t know that the house was pledged with a bank. The court also ordered that the woman pay damages to the two persons.
