A Mercedes car driven by a 22-year-old man struck fatally a woman aged 74 on Wednesday. The accident happened on Miorita Street in Chisinau at 19.00, Tudor Capatana, spokesman for the General Police Commiseration, has told Info-Prim Neo. Adriver, his wife and daughter sustained injuries in an accident on Grenoble St that involved his and another car. A 1410 taxicab hit a four-year-old boy on the same street. The boy was rushed to Valentin Ignatenco Hospital. A minor aged 15 was injured in a road accident in Ghidighici commune of the municipality of Chisinau. One day earlier, an Opel-Vectra driven by a 20-year-old man struck and killed a girl aged 7 in Cuhurestii de Jos village of Floresti district. A 62-year-old man was hit mortally by a car near Rublenita village of Soroca district on the same day.
